The 2019 Realm Farella Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a powerful, mineral-driven expression from Realm’s estate vineyard in the cooler Coombsville AVA of Napa Valley. Composed of 92% Cabernet Sauvignon and 8% Merlot, the 2019 marks the first vintage in which Realm incorporated Merlot into its historically Cabernet-only Farella bottling.
Deep and concentrated, the wine offers layers of blackberry, blackcurrant, plum, red fruit, graphite, violet, cinnamon, cedar and savory earth. The palate is full-bodied and structured, with ripe, grainy tannins, vibrant freshness and the distinctive stony minerality that defines this volcanic Coombsville site.
